Commercial

We have provided services for a wide variety of clients operating in the commercial sector.  Projects vary from warehousing and flammables storage for individual storage requirements with extensive fire protection systems, to new film processing laboratories in the North West for a major international company as well as laboratories in East Anglia to cover baking and sauce preparation for the food industry.

In the retail sector we have experience covering retail warehouse parks complete with all associated drainage and external works, individual fully fitted shop units and high quality works for a major UK clearing bank and local building societies.

With regard to office development our involvement has varied from providing services to small private sector industrial research companies, developers constructing premises for tenants occupation through to large regional, national and international companies with offices in the UK.

In addition to the above we have successfully undertaken Quantity Surveying services for a major refurbishment of an existing city centre hotel for a national operator and work to training and residential management facilities for a leading food retail company.  This project combined both new build and refurbishment which involved work to an existing listed country house to provide conference suites, kitchen, dining room, residential accommodation, training and seminar rooms and associated offices
