With the practice being based in Cambridge we provide quantity surveying services for many of the historic college buildings within the city for both new build and renovation works. 

In addition we have undertaken many commissions for substantial renovation work to individual listed private residences and work with the properties of the National Trust. 

Our church work extends to sites throughout East Anglia and we are currently working on the proposed remedial works to be carried out at Guildford Cathedral.

Many of the projects are based upon cost plus contracts where careful monitoring of the project cost is essential in order to maintain cost control.
