The works involved the complete refurbishment and improvements to a listed Manor House including complete removal of external render to expose the timber frame, traditional repairs to the frame where defective, new sheep's wool insulation and lime render, replacement hardwood windows, replacement clay plain roof tiles, thermal improvements to ground slabs, new services and general fitting out to a high quality and modern standard. Further works were also carried out to convert outbuildings.
